Ayurveda and yoga entered my life 15 years ago – gently yet powerfully.
They brought clarity, nourishment, and a deeper sense of grounding during a time when I truly needed it. Living with asthma, I began to experience how these practices could support my lungs and soften the way I moved through life.
My name is Veronika. I'm a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (500+ hours, including prenatal training) and have recently completed an Ayurveda training program (Ayurveda Health Coach).
After many years in the social sector, I kept returning to these tools to find steadiness – especially in times of transition or uncertainty.
A turning point for me was an Ayurvedic Panchakarma – a traditional Ayurvedic detox retreat – in Bali. It wasn’t just a physical reset; it marked the end of chronic pain and the beginning of a new chapter.
From that moment on, I felt called to share my experience – to support others in reconnecting with themselves through stillness, self-observation, and gentle reflection. With the subtle impulses of Ayurveda, I offer space to remember what brings us back to our natural rhythm and inner balance.

Ayurveda is the over 5,000-year-old Indian system of health that brings body, mind, and soul into harmony. It focuses on natural prevention and living in tune with the rhythms of nature.
It`s an ancient holistic system that invites you to come home to yourself – through mindful daily rhythms, self-reflection, and the healing intelligence of nature.
Ayurveda helps you understand your unique constitution, recognize imbalances early on, and find simple, natural ways to support your body, mind, and emotions.
Rather than giving fixed rules, Ayurveda encourages you to observe:
- What does my body need right now?
- What nourishes me – and what drains me?
This gentle path is about deepening your connection to yourself – with curiosity, softness, and small, meaningful steps.
